HOUSTON (June 23, 2015) – Signet Interactive, an outsourced marketing and business process firm, was awarded two Gold Stevie® Awards at the 13th Annual American Business Awards ceremony, making the Houston-based marketing agency a recipient of three total Stevie Awards in two consecutive years.

The two Gold Stevie Awards were in the categories of Marketing Campaign of the Year – Entertainment & Sports and Website Redesign – Mining and Metals.

Signet Interactive won Marketing Campaign of the Year for its work on Big Play Scoring, a fantasy football mobile app. Signet developed a multi-channel, cross-promotional indirect and direct marketing campaign with a high-level goal to achieve a ranking in the Top 25 app downloads during a 3-month period before and during the 2014 NFL season. In order to achieve this high-level goal, Signet developed and managed a website, display ad campaigns, social media marketing strategies, iAds and a YouTube video series. This integrated marketing plan resulted in 72,969 app downloads, exceeding the goal by 46 percent.

In the Website Redesign – Mining and Metals category, Signet was recognized for its work with NBM Metals, a leading USA manufacturer of bronze, brass and copper alloys. In order to receive more form submissions for product quotes, Signet improved the company’s website visibility and usability by designing and developing a new, responsive website that focused on the user experience for both desktop and mobile audiences, and by incorporating easier search functionality and better established conversion points for products throughout the site.

More than 3,300 nominations were submitted to the 2015 American Business Awards, and more than 200 nationwide executives participated in judging to determine this year’s Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners.

The American Business Awards are considered the nation’s preeminent business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Finalists were chosen by scores of business professionals nationwide during first-round judging in April and May.
