(HOUSTON) - February 19, 2015- — Signet Interactive, an outsourced marketing and business process firm based in Houston, was awarded the prestigious ADDY Award from the American Advertising Federation of Houston (AAF-Houston) in Digital Advertising Website (under $50,000) category.

The Signet team collaborated with Moore Truck & Equipment Co., a transportation equipment company for the oilfield industry, to build a responsive website designed with high-impact imagery and accessible information. This website showed major improvements in marketing to the target audiences, which include both engineers at office headquarters and workers in the field. The website contains specific, concise messaging stating its core business proposition, values and products. There’s an immediate call-to-action with a phone number displayed in the navigation header as well as an automated inquiry form in the Contact Us tab. Light boxes were creative components added to the images to display the equipment.

“We feel honored to receive the ADDY award from AAF-Houston,” said Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Signet Interactive, Jeff James. “It was a great experience to work with Moore Truck & Equipment, and we look forward to refining their marketing efforts to be most efficient during this trying time in the oil and gas industry.”

Each year, the American Advertising Federation of Houston awards the best advertising created and produced in the Greater Houston area with, what was known as the Grand Prix Award and now the “ADDY.” The “gold star” was designed using the original blueprints, and is an exact replica, of the star at the top of the San Jacinto Monument. The star has served AAF-Houston well for over a quarter century. Founded in 1911, AAF-Houston is one of the oldest service organizations in Houston.
