(HOUSTON) - May 13, 2016 — Signet Interactive, a Houston-based, full service digital marketing firm, is excited to announce it was recognized with two 2016 American Marketing Association Crystal Awards at last night’s Gala hosted at the Hilton Americas-Houston. Signet Interactive was a finalist in four categories and was awarded top honors in two of the categories, including Non-Profit Single Event Promotion and Business-to-Business Marketing Campaign of the Year.

Signet’s award-winning work included the Business-to-Business Marketing Campaign of the Year for Luvente, a luxury jewelry company. This campaign was created in a six-week period to help launch Luvente’s new brand and product line in order to achieve jewelry sales and acquire retail partners at the JCK tradeshow.
Working together with Luvente, Signet was able to help the company achieve over 400% of the jewelry sales goal and exceed retail partner acquisition by 33%. Other success drivers of the campaign included exceeding goal expectations by 2,487% for new social media followers (over 10,000 new followers in six weeks), website impressions exceeding goal by 4,291% and display advertisement exceeding goal expectations for conversion rate by 225%.
Signet was also recognized for its work with the Houston Tweet Drive—an annual, non-profit charity event that collects toys to donate to a Houston charity for underprivileged children during the holiday season. Signet and Tweet Drive were able to bring the community together and donate over 480 toys (exceeding goal by 92%), host over 450 event attendees (exceeding goal by 125%) and secure 48 vendors/sponsors (exceeding goal by 140%). Other success measurements of the campaign included over 801,000 Twitter users reached with the hashtag #HouTweetDrive and over 42,570 Facebook users reached. This event received the Crystal for Non-Profit Single Event.
The 2016 awards recognize achievements across a wide range of marketing and advertising areas, including digital engagement, creative design, analytics, mobile usability, and social media. The Crystal Awards are presented annually by the American Marketing Association and the Houston Chapter in recognition of the most notable marketing initiatives and talent. The Houston Chapter of the American Marketing Association is the area’s premier professional marketing organization and currently the nation’s largest chapter.
