His core competency has been helping firms grow from start-up mentality into professionally run corporations through process implementation and strategy alignment. Chris provides a dynamic view of the "business space" and ability to intertwine unique marketing and sales strategies to achieve profitable growth. In his spare time, he likes to play tennis and harvest his own maple syrup.

Jeffrey James

Jeffrey James brings over 19 years of sales, marketing, relationship management and customer experience to life in a vibrant, entertaining and motivational way. Jeff focuses on helping marketing, sales and C-suite executives align the strategy, organization and infrastructure required to deliver the optimum customer experience. His award-winning work is setting trends for multi-screen, digital brand building, creative development and marketing. He has significant experience in the energy, technology, telecommunications, broadcasting and healthcare industries. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys mountain climbing and watching obscure online videos.

Rich Fifield

Vice President of Sales

With 22 years as a sales and business leader, Rich's background includes enterprise software and workflow solutions targeted primarily at Fortune 1000 firms. He has helped teams succeed in both large and small businesses. Rich provided executive sales leadership for a division of Wolters Kluwer, helping them grow from $30M to $100M in seven years. Most recently, he developed a pricing and sales revenue model that rocketed the growth of a small firm by 2,404% over two years' more than enough to put it on the 2014 Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies. Rich is a native New Yorker, roots for the Yankees, loves Texas and has two sons.

Kristin Baker

Director of Operations

With a background that includes account management, sales, and technical writing, Kristin continues to follow her passion in the interactive marketing space honing in on her creative services capabilities. Her intuitive abilities during the content creation process and marketing campaign development across a variety of vertical markets has proven a strong asset to Signet's extended clients and their campaigns. In her spare time—when she isn't making marketing magic—she enjoys freelance writing, reading, and has become an amateur cartoonist.

His work experience includes Rocawear, Apple Music, iHeart Radio and The Houston Press. When he isn’t filming, flying or editing, Jake enjoys spending time with his two daughters and wife. His love of cinema runs deep; before coming to Newton he studied at the New York Film Academy and previously worked on an Oscar-nominated film.

A propensity for good grammar and a flare for the written word, Justin Tysdal started his career by lending his writing talents to several local publications around the Houston area. Attending the University of Houston for journalism and working with lifestyle magazines HOUSTON Modern Luxury and PaperCity, Justin worked with local editors, reporters, and other publishing leaders to bring trend-setting stories to the masses. He continues to polish his skills of developing unique, yet refined writing styles that allow him to dynamically enhance online marketing campaigns. By day Justin is a hard-hitting content writer for Signet Interactive, by night... he sleeps.

Joelle Eid

Social Media Strategist

Joelle is a natural at creating connections, both online and offline. With agency experience in managing, planning and executing marketing strategies, she has worked with a wide range of clients to assist in brand development, media outreach and social media strategy. As an undergrad, Joelle utilized her online networks to land her first social media gig, which became a full-time strategist position after she earned her public relations degree from the University of Houston. She also founded the Houston Tweet Drive, an annual social media-driven event that's success has donated more than 1,000 toys to local charities. When Joelle isn't tweetin' and updatin' statuses, you can find her creating Spotify playlists, Instagraming local hot spots to feature in her writings for Localeur or checking in at music festivals, gyms and hiking trails. Alan Spackman

Alan is better at writing than he is at talking, but that’s ok because no one is paying him to talk anyways. Whether it’s the text of a website footer, a video ad or an entire eBook, if something needs to be written, Alan is your guy. Fueled by a strict diet of kombucha, coffee, frozen Indian food, dad jokes and long jams, Alan’s brain is always hopping from one big idea to the next. A graduate from the University of Houston and a Houstonian through and through, when he’s not writing or cracking jokes, Alan is probably at a local brewery with some friends or poring over an old movie.

Social Media Specialist

Her name is pronounced like the number "two," but not spelled that way. She's a proud Texas Ex, graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Advertising and McCombs Business School Certification. If you're in the office, you'll see her typing social copy, doing community outreach and writing the Word of the Day. When she's not thinking about social media strategy for her clients, she's potting plants on her back porch.

Kalen Rowe

Quality Assurance Editor

Kalen Rowe, or "Kale" as he's known around the office, graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in English–Creative Writing. He won the Outstanding Senior Honors Thesis Award for writing a book of poetics and poetry. His poems have been published in several online and print journals. In his spare time, he runs a DIY publishing company, plays in a band, and reads poetry at open mics or to his cat, William. He has a love for language and new meanings that sometimes surpasses his love for silence and meaninglessness.

Lonnie Minter

A member of the web scene since 1997 and proud Houstonian, Lonnie has watched web trends and technologies come and go. Like many in the evolving web development field, he made the transition from the local music community into the local digital scene. At his core, creation still drives him; building something from scratch keeps his creative gears turning. Lonnie takes changing technologies of the Web to build upon an already impressive resume. When he's not creating web pages he spends quality time with wife, son, and two dogs, and winds down with his first love, creating music.

Beth Rogers

Beth's a style conscious free spirit that driven by an intense desire to make the web a fun and beautiful experience. She came to Signet with over 14 years of web development and marketing experience. She's a Cum Laude graduate of the University of St. Thomas Houston with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. Her background includes extensive knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. But she's not all business. In her spare time she enjoys caring for animals and growing her My Little Pony collection.

Marley Holt

Marley’s fascination with design began when she was 12 years old, by customizing her and her friends’ user profiles. With her father being a designer himself, she naturally grew up to follow in his footsteps. Outside of work, Marley currently serves on the AIGA Houston board, is a proud dogmom to Phelix (a very handsome Egyptian Pharaoh Hound), and she firmly believes that an Oreo (or nine) a day keeps the doctor away.

Justin Yee

From Katy, TX, Justin grew up always wanting to deliver that home-run punchline. He attended Texas Christian University where he studied advertising and public relations, and has worked in the industry for several years project managing various accounts. Justin loves sports, debate, craft beers and a good bloody mary. In his spare time you will most likely find Justin golfing, hitting a bike trail, generally being active outdoors, or finding a good patio for food and drinks.

Natalie Hightower

With a wealth of experience spanning 10 years, Natalie utilizes her skillsets in account management, brand strategy, media sales, buying and planning on a daily basis as a brand manager for Signet. Her commitment to clients is second to none, and she always strives to fully immerse herself in their industry to become a strategic partner and team member. When not at work, Natalie enjoys traveling the country, spending time with her husband and cat, Raptor, and a chilled bottle glass of sauvignon blanc.

Ripp Motion

Double majoring at the University of Houston and its #1 US ranked entrepreneurship program, Ripp is a spirited, data-driven marketer passionate about transforming obstacles into tangible financial opportunities. He has worked for several business accelerators and was also the CMO and key member of the executive board at a credit card security startup based here in the Bayou City. Altogether, Ripp brings over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. In addition, he is an evangelizer of biohacking and fan of extreme sports. He volunteers his free time to helping others through various non-profits and organizations.
